The experience
After a short briefing on controls, you ride within an area set by the operator. Quads are steered with handlebars and controlled with a thumb throttle and brakes. Sand behaves differently from a road: the bike slides on turns and needs momentum on climbs. Most riders find their confidence within the first few minutes.
Private and group options
Each rider usually has their own quad; some operators allow a passenger. Groups can ride together under the operator’s supervision.
